Here To Help You Buy or Sell Your Jersey Shore Dream Home (or both)

"We were recommended to Susan from a family friend. We had a unique situation being my grandfather was moving into my home so I could help take care of him so it was a very emotional experience for us selling his home of 28 years. Susan made the transition seamless not only with her dedication but her patience with a few humps we encountered along the way. My grandfather passed away before the house was sold which caused a delay in the closing. She was so professional handling all the back and forth so my family could mourn our loss and not worry about the house. She is an amazing person inside & out and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home or selling their special home. It wasn’t just a transaction, it turned into a friendship built around trust, understanding & kindness during a very difficult time for us. Thank you Susan!! My grandpa would be so happy to know his home has LOVE again in it! Xo"

"Fantastic folks, told us exactly what was happening every step of the way. Highly recommended."

"Sue and Rich were fantastic to work with. They handled the sale of my mother’s home and despite the challenges, they made it look easy. They listened to my mother and truly understood the objective. They shared her enthusiasm and instantly ‘got it’. I can’t recommend them enough. If you want agents who will go the extra mile and really listen to your wants and needs, look no further."

"I highly recommend the Rich and Suz zo buy or sell your home. They provide excellent service with a personal touch that sets them apart from other agents. I would be happy to refer anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home in Ocean or Monmouth County"

"Had a fantastic experience with Rich, Susan and the whole dream team!! They really know the market and are very thoughtful in their approach and strategy to buying at the shore. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to secure their piece of heaven at the Jersey Shore!! Thanks for everything Rich!!"

"The Jersey Shore Dream Team helped in my search for my first home and were there every step of the way! Rich and Susan are extremely knowledgeable and were on top of any issue that arose. It was a pleasure working with them!"

"This is my second experience working with Jersey Shore Dream Team, because I had such a successful first experience. I was able to purchase my first home back in 2020 with the help of Sue and Rich. When it was time to house hunt again, I knew I wanted to work with Jersey Shore Dream Team for a second time. Aside from the fact that Sue and Rich are lifelong family friends, they are excellent at what they do. Sue was available anytime, day or night, to answer questions and provide insight into the homebuying process. Our process was a lengthy one; the whole transaction of buying and selling took almost 6 months! Sue and Rich were there every step of the way with words of encouragement, patience, and honesty. We made it to the finish line because we worked together as such a team and completed all closings in the same day - a true miracle we were so happy to see happen! Sue and Rich are dedicated to what they do, and most importantly, they care about their clients. I would recommend Jersey Shore Dream Team to anyone looking for a home!"

"Rich & Susan were great to work with—responsive, communicative, and always prioritized my needs."
