"I have many friends who are agents and is why decided to use someone I didn’t know. I found Sue and Rich through the website or I should say they found me. l had clicked on to homes was interested in and 1 min later my phone would ring and it would be Rich every time. I didn’t understand how the website worked until then. I figured I had nothing to lose and would give him a shot. Never letting on the friends in this business I knew he probably had worked with, I let Rich lead the way and just followed. Unaware I could close on about any house he showed me, Rich did the ultimate right thing. Regardless of how I appeared, he treated me like a VIP client. He had my back and best interest at heart from the day we met. Of course I was a skeptic and looked for anything and everything that even slightly resembled “out for a quick sale/aggressive used car man syndrome. Well, I couldn’t find it no matter how hard I tried and at that point he introduced me to Susan. The other half of this so called “Dream Team”. That is one Title that is about impossible to live up to unless Michael Jordan was on your team. I have bought and sold many homes between Miami Beach, NYC and Monmouth County and I can tell you Sue and Rich are as close as I’ve ever experienced in being a dream team. I purchased a multiple family home and used them to find renters as well. I can sum everything up here with what Rich said after about 3 months of looking at homes and not happy with the findings. He said that if I wasn’t comfortable or happy with what was out there, as summer was approaching, not to worry about it and lets try back in the fall. He added, that he wanted what was in the best interest of me and that is all that truly matter. Well, I was pretty blown away by he and Suz. They are more like the Dynamic Duo, with each bringing there own strengths to to the table."

"My experience was excellent and my bar for a realtor is very high based on a longtime, consummate realtor I have used for all my homes back in Somerset county. That realtor does not work the shore area. That’s how I came to know and work with Rich. Took the right amount of time to understand my many “boxes to check” and priority features in my future place at the shore. I have many friends who are agents and is why decided to use someone I didn’t know. I found Sue and Rich through the website or I should say they found me. l had clicked on to homes was interested in and 1 min later my phone would ring and it would be Rich every time. I didn’t understand how the website worked until then. I figured I had nothing to lose and would give him a shot. Never letting on the friends in this business I knew he probably had worked with, I let Rich lead the way and just followed. Unaware I could close on about any house he showed me, Rich did the ultimate right thing. Regardless of how I appeared, he treated me like a VIP client. He had my back and best interest at heart from the day we met. Of course I was a skeptic and looked for anything and everything that even slightly resembled “out for a quick sale/aggressive used car man syndrome. Well, I couldn’t find it no matter how hard I tried and at that point he introduced me to Susan. The other half of this so called “Dream Team”. That is one Title that is about impossible to live up to unless Michael Jordan was on your team. I have bought and sold many homes between Miami Beach, NYC and Monmouth County and I can tell you Sue and Rich are as close as I’ve ever experienced in being a dream team. I purchased a multiple family home and used them to find renters as well. I can sum everything up here with what Rich said after about 3 months of looking at homes and not happy with the findings. He said that if I wasn’t comfortable or happy with what was out there, as summer was approaching, not to worry about it and lets try back in the fall. He added, that he wanted what was in the best interest of me and that is all that truly matter. Well, I was pretty blown away by he and Suz. They are more like the Dynamic Duo, with each bringing there own strengths to to the table.

The Jersey Shore Dream Team made our dream come true. Rich Covey is professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Jersey Shore. Rich worked with us from the first viewing to the closing. He intervened with every agency (lawyer, title company, seller’s agent, etc) that we had to deal with. He arranged the home inspection. He answered every phone call within an hour. He thoroughly answered every question. No matter how many times we asked it! He is very patient and always said, “I’m here if you need me.” And he was. Last month my friends and I were searching for a home desperately and we could not find a deal that suited us. My experience was excellent and my bar for a realtor is very high based on a longtime, consummate realtor I have used for all my homes back in Somerset county. That realtor does not work the shore area. That’s how I came to know and work with Rich. Took the right amount of time to understand my many “boxes to check” and priority features in my future place at the shore. After working with me over a period of 6-8 weeks, patiently, and not finding what I was looking for, Rich brought out-of-the-box thinking to create a rental opportunity for a place that was not listed for rent (it was for sale). Positing the advantages to the homeowner of offering me the rental, without foregoing sale potential, a deal was created and consummated on that creative thinking. Not your run of the mill realtor. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We contacted Susan and her partner Rich on the basis of other reviews we found on Zillow, which were spot-on. They worked with us to find property that checked all of our boxes; ultimately our budget wasn’t quite in line to get all we wanted in that area and we ended up finding a home in another county. But I highly recommend Susan and Rich, who were great to work with, really listened to us and were creative in helping us to see the potential in properties that we would not have considered. I would work with them again if the opportunity came along again.
